Order process
Once we receive your order you will be notified with an email confirmation. This email contains your order number, and can be used as a proof of purchase. You will also receive an email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping
Please note that SkatePal is run by a small team of part-time staff. Please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch. We appreciate your patience.
We ship worldwide. All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. All orders will receive a tracking number by email once shipped.

EU Orders
Orders Under €150 are delivered with taxes and duties paid: For all orders with a total value below €150 (excluding taxes and shipping), we ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. These orders are delivered with all taxes and duties fully paid. When you place your order, you will pay the total amount at checkout, which includes all applicable taxes and shipping fees. You won't be subjected to any additional charges or fees upon delivery.
Orders Over €150: If your order exceeds a total value of €150 (excluding taxes and delivery), you won't be required to pay taxes during the checkout process. Instead, taxes and duties will be settled upon delivery.

USA Orders
For USA orders, tariffs are included at checkout.
Customs charges
Note that custom charges may be incurred when ordering from outside the UK (customer is responsible). SkatePal is not responsible for any custom charges or import taxes received by the customer, and unfortunately, we have no way of predicting which countries or orders may receive additional costs ahead of time.
Liability
SkatePal cannot take responsibility for items not received because of incorrect addresses put on ordering.
Make sure your shipping and contact details are correct before placing the order.
Returns / Exchanges
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of being received. If an item is damaged, unsuitable or faulty and you wish to return it, please inform us via shop@skatepal.co.uk.
Unless claimed damaged or faulty all items should be unused and in a resellable state to be accepted for return. Please note, the customer is responsible for the return cost of the item unless the item is damaged. SkatePal will cover the shipping costs of any damaged items.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days after being dispatched then contact us and we can investigate and see if it has been returned.
For international returns, please mark returned packages ‘Returned Items’. SkatePal will not pay import charges and taxes if this is written on the package and customs form.
Out-of-stock and cancellations
If an item happens to be out-of-stock after ordering, we will email you to discuss how to proceed; either a refund or an alternative item.
Accepted payment methods
We accept all major credit / debit card payments as well as via Paypal, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Klarna.
